Air Liquide offers multiple platforms to control and monitor equipment, and can integrate competitors’ chemical equipment, gas equipment and other facility-level equipment into an Air Liquide control system. Our controls system manages safety and process signals between the process tools and dispense systems to supply gas or chemical to the Points of Use (POU) and isolates systems in response to safety signals and factory status. Monitoring systems provide a visual overview of the entire network, enabling personnel to observe system health anytime from a centralized location.
